A graduate of the University of Brescia with a degree in Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Panarotto went on to graduate:
- in Internal Medicine in the School of Specialization in Internal Medicine at the University of Brescia;
- in Nuclear Medicine in the School of Specialization in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Milan.
Dr. has participated in numerous continuing education courses, many of them in the role of lecturer, national and international symposia and conferences.
