Certifications

The Organization, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, is the body’s set of organizational rules and procedures aimed at preventing the commission of crimes.

During 2015 the company Poliambulatorio Oberdan undertook the activities of risk analysis and implementation of the organization and management model required by Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the administrative liability of entities. In this project they were initially assisted by PK Consulting and currently supported by Area ISO in particular in the risk assessment phase and subsequent gap analysis. The result of this initiative resulted in the drafting of a documentary system aimed at formalizing the company’s internal control system and the subsequent appointment of the Supervisory Board.

In addition, our outpatient clinic has a specific protocol for the prevention and control of Legionnaires‘ disease, drawn up on the basis of the guidelines for the surveillance and control of Legionnaires’ disease, approved in the State-Region Conference on 07/05/2015.
