Specialist in Anesthesia and Resuscitation
From July 1987 to May 1998 he worked as a professional nurse first and then as a health care assistant at various outpatient clinics of the former asl 42 of Orzinuovi (BS) both hospital and territorial (SERT). From March 2001 to June 2005 as a physician he served in the hospital of Manerbio (Desenzano del Garda Hospital Company) in the department of Anesthesia and Resuscitation. From July 2005 to the present, he has been an employee of Spedali Civili di Brescia as a physician in the first service of Anesthesia and Resuscitation.
After years of study and work in Western medicine, he began a training path in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The latter, which is rich in a millennia-old tradition, thanks to its holistic approach, is useful in helping any person with an ailment. For TCM, in fact, well-being is linked to a dynamic energy balance and any disease is the result of an alteration of the same.
Acupuncture aims to restore balance, complementary to any other therapy and without side effects. For Traditional Chinese Medicine, in addition to the classic areas of use, Dr. Piccioni wanted to delve into the study of infertility-related pathologies.
