After graduating with honors from the University of Milan in Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Balzarotti continued his studies by graduating in General Surgery at the graduate school of the University of Brescia.
Subsequently, the doctor acquired the title of Ancien Chef de Clinique Assistant des Hôpitaux de Paris, the Specialist Qualification in Visceral Surgery in France, the In-depth Training Qualification in Visceral Surgery in Switzerland, and the Diploma of the European Board of Surgery Qualification in Hepato-bilio-pancreatic Surgery in England.
The doctor has fulfilled hospital assignments in Italy, France and Switzerland and international volunteer work in Ghana.
