Dr. Carpeggiani is an Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive specialty training.
Graduated from the University of Milan and specialized at the University of Verona, he has performed multiple fellowships abroad at the most important centers of orthopedic surgery (Boston – Harvard, Zurich – Balgrist/University of Zurich, Lyon – Centre Orthopédique Santy), as well as several advanced courses for the surgical treatment of all orthopedic pathologies.
Prosthetic, arthroscopic, and minimally invasive surgery are among his specialties.
Where indicated, Dr. Carpeggiani uses a noninvasive approach, primarily making use of direct collaboration with physiatrists and physical therapists in addition to revolutionary regenerative medicine techniques (regenerative cells-once called stem cells, PRP), infiltrations (cortisone, hyaluronic acid), and ultrasound-guided infiltrations.
